About Us
WealthyStudent.co.uk was formed by a team of graduates from Southampton Solent University in 2008 to help aspiring individuals to gain an advantage over their peers.
The Vision
We simply want to cut the 4.8% interest rates on student debt, help students leave with minimal and manageable debt, find savings for students and find ways for students to make money.
The Story
Mr. Steve Burford woke one hungover student morning and thought a wonderful though, "F*ck this, Student debt sucks ass." He spoke with his friends and his friends thought this student debt was a joke and something more could be done about it.
The group decided that students could be 'wealthy', so to speak. By providing a wealth of knowledge the group of students headed by Steve decided to make this site. On 14th Febraury the site was born.
The fight is on people. We are fighing back against massive debts.
